OUR STORY
When we first began in real estate we diligently researched the consumer perception of the real estate industry. We discovered some major deficiencies in the way the real estate profession was perceived by the consumer community. Without being too blunt, we learned that many consumers perceived the professional as sub par. Specifically, people felt that real estate professionals were paid too much and were in general under-qualified to be performing such a professional service. After thinking about our discovery we pondered “How can we make the real estate profession, professional again?”. Our answers were these: We would become highly qualified to perform our brokering service. Not only obtaining our licenses, but receiving education in Business and Finance in order to offer consumers a well rounded perspective on real estate. We also decided to offer our professional service at a dramatically reduced price in order to offer more people the opportunity to experience our high level of professionalism. In short, we believe that we provide the best value real estate service in all of Long Beach!

Shortly after receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Jim developed a passion for Real Estate and Investing and purchased his first investment property as a joint venture. Committed to deepening his knowledge in the field, Jim pursued a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and graduated with honors from California State University, Long Beach while simultaneously completing his studies and receiving his Real Estate Broker’s License.
Jim now loves helping others with their real estate adventures by representing buyers, listing for sellers, assembling investment deals or simply offering advice and counsel to those trying to learn more.
Client Care
Joy Post is Jim’s wife and the Chief Operations Officer for the company. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Deaf Studies from California State University, Northridge and her Master’s in Educational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. In addition, Joy has her certificate in Planned Giving and is incredibly gifted with administration.
