At no additional charge, we will bring out our professional photographer to capture your property looking its finest. No grainy, out-of-focus, camera-phone shots from us. And the best part is, if for any reason we aren't able to sell your property, you won't have to reimburse us for the photographer, it's on us!
Custom Marketing Approach
At no additional charge, we'll pursue a custom marketing approach based on the unique aspects of your property. Some houses will sell quickly for top dollar with only an MLS listing. Other properties will require a little bit more; like a custom Facebook advertisement, magazine spots, instagram ads, etc. all included in the base commission.
